We aim to get websites live within 4-6 weeks of purchase. Although, this may vary slightly dependent upon current demand. We should be able to give you a reasonable estimate when you are considering a website.

No! Whilst we do require that 25% of the upfront fee is paid to start the project, the remaining 75% is only paid at the end of the project when you, the client, are happy with your new site!

Of course. We provide you a live preview link of your site so you can monitor our progress at all times!

If your website package comes with a custom domain, then it’s included in the cost. However, if it isn’t included then you can either sort it yourself, or we can sort it and add it to the total!

Hosting is managed entirely by Element16 Media and that is included in the price you pay for the monthly retainer.

Yes - this should be fine. You get a certain amount of edits per month, and this covers new features, changes, you name it. This is all included in the monthly retainer cost!
